Both packages give everyone on staff access. Many organizations stay on Foundation and add Agents as jobs come up, each with its own capacity and the connections it needs. Connected includes more from the start: three times the capacity, more Agents, and more scheduled runs.

Every department gets access in both. Agents can be added to either package, and each one brings its own capacity and the connections its job needs.
Every department signs in to one governed AI platform on day one, with usage capacity sized to your organization. Guardrails are built in, and every staff member gets training and support.
You don’t roll this out alone. Our team plans the kickoff with yours, works alongside IT on setup, and runs the first training so every department starts on real work.
Foundation includes up to 3 Everyday Agents we build and run, and Connected includes 5. You can add more at any time, in either package. Each one is priced by the kind of job it does: Everyday, Specialist, or Custom.
Every Agent comes with its own sized capacity, so the platform capacity your staff use stays theirs. If a job needs a deeper connection to a department system, the connection comes with that job’s Agent.

Pricing without surprises
Your price is set for the year, so month-to-month use does not change your bill. Uneven use is normal. In year one we cover the extra when a strong start runs past planned capacity, and we use what we learn together to size year two correctly.
Access for everyone in your organization, staff usage capacity, and the Agents included in your package. There are no per-seat charges. Each Agent includes capacity for its own work, and extra Agents are priced by the job.
We size the plan to your organization and the work you need to move. Large metro or very large staff get a custom plan.
From kickoff to adoption
We lead the rollout while IT keeps control of access and security. Week one covers kickoff and setup. Then we choose the first Agent with you based on what hurts and what is urgent, train staff on the work they will run, and stay through the first wins.
Academy and video training for the basics, plus live group sessions on the jobs staff will actually run. No tour of every button. After go-live, your success manager keeps training going so adoption does not stall after the first week.
Yes, and most organizations do. A pilot is the platform plus a first Agent aimed at one clear problem, with success measures agreed up front. It is priced like the regular platform.
